    :MPM SUPERVISOR
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, LAE, or similar careers.
    • 3 years of experience as MPM Supervisor
    • 80 % of English language
    • Management of ISO 14001, Cycle counts rate, 6' S, M360
    • Unit Plan and execute KPIs.
    • Arrange personnel work and do task allocation and management (Target achieve)
    • Communicate and coordinate cross
    • function work. Ensure team functioning well
    • Management of audits
    • Develop training materials and give personnel training
    • Assist to deal with the abnormalities of daily, to maintain smooth online production
    • Project implementation
    • Optimize process to reduce work time and improve efficiency and Quality Management.
