Order Entry Technician to serve as the front line of support for customers by ensuring excellent service, follow-up and attention.

Responsibilities:

Manages key accounts by scheduling workflow processes and communicating accurate due dates
Provides status reports to clients and updates on work in process
Coordinates return of customer's samples and remnants as required
Resolves discrepancies on purchase orders regarding quantity, specifications, etc
Directs qualified outside leads / clients to the sales staff for quotations
