We are looking to add a
Junior Finance Analyst to join our team in the
Reynosa Site.

Duties and responsibilities:

Monitor and facilitate monthly close process.
Reconcile, research and document differences between ERP balances and amounts uploaded into financial consolidation software.
Documentation of monthly close and supporting data.
Financial statement review and analysis and preparation of related documentation.
Maintain various schedules to support account balances.
Analyze various accounts for accuracy and prepare account reconciliations.
Allocate corporate period expense to product lines.
Assist external and internal auditors by completing information requests.
Assist in consolidation of annual business plan and periodic forecasts.
Prepare reports for the monthly management reporting package.
Provide information to corporate as required.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Audit and validate the financial impact on cost savings projects
Participate on inventories as the need arises.
Leads fixed asset accounting including asset acquisitions, disposals and transfers.
Perform SOX compliance activities. Includes but not limited to cycle counts and receiving audits, provide documentation to support the audit activity.
Support preparation of the Operations Summary report and variance analysis to explain differences between Actual and Projected results. Participate in operating performance meetings.
Calculate and analyze cost comparison between plants and countries.
Ensuring resources are available to maintain and improve the EHS Management System
Responsible for financial forecast (Material Usage, Direct Labor, Fixed & Variable OH).

Required Qualifications for Consideration

Accounting degree, bachelor's degree or higher.
02 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in English language (written and spoken).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
Detail oriented, ability to work independently under mínimal direct supervision.

You Will Excite us if you have

CPA Certification.
Cost Accounting Exposure.
Experience with SAP.
Electronics industry background.
