INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

DESCRIPTION

Analyze and review existing processes and procedures.
Analyze and review the functions and processes of existing equipment.
Research and develop innovative equipment and implement them where necessary.
Supervise new processes and equipment and report on the waste reduction they provide, both in labor and costs.
Evaluate current costs and production and develop plans to reduce waste, such as labor and costs.
Evaluate current processes to automate them where feasible.
Design production layouts. Prepare diagrams, designs and graphs.
Provide reports on productivity, cost savings and other factors on a monthly or quarterly basis.
