- Responsible for recruiting for after-sales and sales positions in Mexico and related regions of South America and North America, completing resume screening, interview organization, offer distribution, and onboarding follow-up.
- Handle the entire process of employee transfers and departures, and maintain employee files.
- Establish communication channels for employees, answer salary and benefits inquiries, and handle simple employee relationship issues.
- Implement local salary accounting and welfare distribution to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of HR related work experience, familiar with recruitment and employee relations modules.
- Proficient in Mexican labor regulations and familiar with the local salary and benefits system.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, able to communicate across regions.
- Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and basic communication and coordination skills.
