Description of Duties:

Coordinate lean activities needed to assure continuous improvement according MPS.
Lead, direct, and monitor the work of the MX Lean department.
Maintain and improve processes and procedures and prioritizes product/process improvement initiatives.
Provide engineering expertise and/or support to other departments where needed.
Promotes and lives the Munters Core Values.
Implement MPS management system in Mexico
