    As Car Leader, you will leader will be responsible Develop and release technical and commercial information at the plant level to ensure the proper use of human, financial and plant facilities resources for flawless execution in terms of quality, delivery and cost during the launch and engineering change phases of the projects. assigned harness programs.

    YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

  • Develops the plan based on the key dates of the program and the client, in coordination with the different functions, to ensure that the requirements are met according to what is established
  • Coordinates the actions of the multifunctional team in the plant to meet the requirements and ensure the flawless execution of each construction phase with the client,
  • Coordinates the execution of product engineering activities, from the receipt of design information to the generation of technical information for manufacturing and its release.
  • Manages information and resources to ensure that the plant team installs and releases a robust manufacturing system that follows engineering and quality guidelines, as well as policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the necessary machinery and equipment is delivered and installed to meet the required process capacity, according to the processes and design of the manufacturing system.
  • Manage, review, monitor and control that investments and expenses for the launch of new programs and the implementation of engineering changes are within budget.
  • Ensures the use of tools and processes for the implementation of engineering changes.
  • TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
  • 2+ years as same position in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry
  • Intermediate English Level
  • Proactive, Organized, Working for objectives according to a defined timeline. Negotiation Skills, teamwork, knowledge in MS Excel. Time effective Management, IATF 16949, MPS, Customer Service
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, with an ability to negotiate and mediate effectively
