Team Overview:


The Risk Management team is responsible for managing diversified risk associated with our products and business flows, ranging from fraud chargeback, account take-over, promotion abuse, money laundering to compliance risk, tracking industry leading technical prevalence, developing innovative and state-of-art methodology to tackle the new challenges emerging from fintech economy ecosystem, for the purpose to protect sustainable growth and maximize business outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced risk analyst to do threat intelligence monitoring, suspicious transaction analysis, and to be responsible for key loss metrics while maintaining a positive user experience.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Handling the risk event detected and alerted in the system, identify the risk transaction.
  • Dealing with the risk account once the risk event happens and confirmed.
  • Support Customer service teams escalations and negative media requirements due to risk events.
  • Pull data, analyze and present fraud trends, and suggestions to mitigate losses.
  • Create executive presentations
  • Involved in the strategic and tactical risk mitigation to avoid losses while ensuring high customer service levels.
  • Working with the strategy, algorithm and customer service team to manual review and audit the false positives of the risk models to improve the user experience.
  • Coordinating adverse response plan including investigations and reporting.

Role Qualifications:

  • Fluent speaker with English and Spanish.
  • 24 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in risk management industry, including antifraud, antimoney laundering, promotion abuse, merchant complaince.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence others.
  • Experience in working autonomously and prioritizing multiple goals. Someone who is able to design risk strategies and generate insights that could serve as recommendations for other teams.
  • Proficient building executive ppt presentations
  • Desirable: Data science or business analyst skills, proficient managing SQL, big data.
