Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


Responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment process for PepsiCo professional positions aligned with the local requirements in order to fulfill the business talent needs.


Your Impact
As a
TA MBS Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Constant communication with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders.
  • Deliver correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirement
  • Develop and negotiate the offer terms (e.g. comp. sign on bonus, vacation time, benefits, etc.)
  • Periodically review and manage open requisition report for accuracy
  • Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement
  • Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities
  • Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issues resolution

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor Degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)

Experience

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills)
  • Basic Portuguese (desirable)
  • A minimum of 6months2 years of relevant professional experience. Previous intermediary experience with highvolume, fulllifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professionallevel. Previous agency or search firm experience is also relevant and will be considered. Previous HR experience, or specifically HR generalist work where recruiting was a large percentage of the work, is also relevant and will be considered.
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Displays professionalism and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnerships
  • Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization
  • Must be collaborative team player
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
