    About This Role

    1. A client-focused attorney who excels at building relationships, communication, and managing multiple jurisdictions is needed.
    2. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and hold licensing as an Attorney in Mexico with experience handling trademarks or patents prosecution cases.

    3. Bonus point if you have experience working with remote or international clients!


      • Prioritize relationship management over transactional work; prioritize trust-building strategies that deliver value beyond traditional filing methods;


        The selected professional will be responsible for conducting search analyses/trademark application filings (both new applications), manage oppositions,file patent right office actions/portfolio manages amongst many other responsibilities above mentioned \
