Could you be the **full
- time Manufacturing Engineer
in Ciudad Sahagun, Hidalgo** we're looking for?

Your future role:

You'll bring your ideas to guide product definition in order to improve the product manufacturability and achieve Quality, Cost and Delivery targets.

Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business from different cultural contexts to maintain updated Special Processes Instructions in GSI for all projects, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of the adherence to Special Process Governance, and perform an active participation in external audits (IRIS, EHS, EN15085).

We'll look to you for:

Participate to validation of prototypes if any, and participate to the product design reviews when required.
Perform work stations task sequencing.
Validate product design and industrialization through FAR and FAI.
Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes: Routings, Work Instructions, and tooling.
Support Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets. And participate to continuous improvement workshops.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial are desirable).
Experience or understanding of writing manufacturing work instructions and line balancing.
Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration followup.
Familiarity with Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics.
Fluent English
