Job:
Bilingual Medical Intake

Limitlessli is a staffing company that recruits, hires, and manages long-term remote staff for growing businesses in the USA.

Location:
Remote (permanent work from home)

Type of Work:
Full time

Work Hours: 5 days a week, US time (Eastern Standard Time)

Working with Limitlessli:

Remote work homebased
Environment must be quiet and professional

Start date:
Can start ASAP

Tools needed:

You MUST have your own laptop/desktop computer, a noise cancellation headset, second monitor, stable internet, and backup internet connection.

Handle all phone calls effectively with politeness and in a professional manner;
Ensure that patient demographic, insurance information, verification and eligibility have been established and documented;
To obtain prior authorizations for all procedural orders by completing the authorization process;
Manage the daytoday submission and followup of prior authorizations for patients and providers;
Triage new patient referrals and schedule appointments for them;
Perform admin tasks such as reports, documentations, and updating of patient records;
Provide support and assistance to the client's onsite team with backoffice work as required.

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Spanish language;
Must have sound knowledge of medical terminologies;
Knowledge of procedure authorization and its impact on the revenue cycle;
Good understanding of US insurance and medical policy guidelines;
Ability to resolve conflicts and good problemsolving skills;

Pay:
$14, $16,000.00 per month
