YOUR ROLE The Body, Chassis, Interior (BCI) Quality Team is looking for a Quality Assurance Fixture (QAF) to join our team focused on ensuring all project quality targets are met, managing launch timelines & deliverables and insure the transition to quality volume production.

Support Vehicle Compliance Leads with Paper Car generation for QAF milestonesGenerate Measurement Paths/Roadmaps for vehicle programs in accordance to milestone date readiness and use to build Carpet ChartsSupport the Equipped Body Launch Team with Carpet Charts and potentially lead the activitySupport the Equipped Body Launch Team with Excel Workbook automationSupport Customer Audit (SCA) data correlation and managementDevelop templates for various data tracking toolsSupport the development of key documentation items such as training templatesSupport quality convergence through QAF support – vehicle part installations, engineering build objective measurements and part gathering/part level validationYOUR PROFILE Good conversational English (B2, C1, C2)Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent1-4 years of experience in automotive areas of Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and/or Product Quality.

Understanding of vehicle design, assembly, and process control.

Strong abilities in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and strong abilities in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)Statistical data analysis and metrology principles, Root Cause Analysis methods.
