Job summary
The Senior Manager for GCS Operations will lead and oversee the management of the Mexico-based Global Capability Centres (GCCs), with a primary base in Mexico D.F. This role is a leadership position responsible for the strategic, cultural, and operational well-being of the sites,Serve as a senior representative of the organization in Mexico acting as the face of the company for internal teams local government authorities universities industry forums and external stakeholders Ensure all GCC locations in Mexico are operated in alignment with corporate policies compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Administrative & Operational Oversight
Manage site operations including facilities health and safety security business continuity planning vendor relationships Lead site-wide initiatives such as real estate planning infrastructure expansion sustainability goals.
