Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma
Able to speak English in order to conduct interviews for medical positions
Three (3) years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting

Other Required Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of recruiting components including, but not limited to, employment policies and practices, legal constraints, sourcing, qualifying and interviewing techniques.
Demonstrable experience recruiting for a broad range of positions.
Proficient in sourcing techniques and experience using job boards such as Indeed, Facebook and ZipRecruiter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all partners including senior leadership.
Demonstrable ability to multitask and be adaptable to change.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Tried experience in taking initiative and making sound decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

History of meeting or exceeding goals and deadlines
Attributes such as consistency, reliability, proactiveness, selfawareness, problem solver, team player, selfmotivated, persistent, tenacious, patient and able to work independently.
