This position builds a Global Business Services Center of Expertise regarding Supply Chain field by leading an organization of Supply Chain Finance professionals that will provide consultancy and will have a business partner role for the Manufacturing plants, Procurement, Co-manufacturing & Copacker and Innovation for Kellogg Latin America.

Querétaro, Mx - hybrid
Reports to the
GBS Sr Manager for Commercial and SC Finance

Supervisory responsibilities:
directly 1 GBS Process Owner, and 8 Finance Professionals.


Guarantee effective coordination with Plant controllers, Supply Chain region Managers, Finance Business Managers for Procurement, Co-Manufacturing & Co-packaging, and Innovation for KLA to ensure deliverables.


Achieve excellence in Supply Chain Finance management by guaranteeing and end-to-end vision, improve knowledge management and functional acumen, elevate the functional profile, creating a structure that will deliver higher value-added activities, rebalancing internal capacity, and results.


HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Coordinate End to End Supply Chain processes, such as: Budget, ICPs Outlooks, Month end close, savings, reporting, analysis, standard cost, plant analysis, costing process, procurement, comanufacturing & copackaging, innovation processes.
  • Provide guidelines in accounting and administrative process and corporate policies; focusing on the fulfillment of key controls, corporate policies, internal procedures, statutory requirements, and provide financial education to the organization.
  • Responsible to build and develop the Center of Expertise for Supply Chain financial professionals to ensure to have a robust process and experts in technical Supply Chain knowledge for Latinoamerica manufacturing plants.
  • Standardize and improve the service delivered to all Latinoamerica operations within his/her span of control, promoting process simplification and automation, managing process scorecard in a lean way, always promote the continuous improvement mindset.
  • Coordinate a team and deliver the results through them, managing the resources, balancing workloads within the team to achieve the results in a timely manner, always looking for a worklife balance.
  • Solve critical and complex Supply Chain processes and service delivery issues; generate proposals for issues solving. Identify and communicate Risks and Opportunities.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field + 6 or more years of related work experience.
  • Financial manufacturing plants performance knowledge and Costing experience + 3 or more years.
  • Must have strong logical, analytical, problem solving, decision making, nimble learning, digital and communication skills and be detail oriented.
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP, excel proficiency and other financial planning systems is required.
  • Must have good leadership, coaching and influencing skills.
  • English Advance.
