WHAT TO EXPECT

Key responsibilities:


  • Develop customizations and enhancements to PDMLink and support industrial strength technical solutions (i.e., reports, workflow, interfaces, program logic) using Java and PDMlink APIs while meeting internal standards
  • Conduct and leads unit testing of the solutions
  • Assist Business Analysts with integration, regression, and acceptance testing
  • Work with vendors/consultants to establish, create and execute deliverables
  • Project Manage system enhancements and small projects
  • Other task, duties or special projects as directed by the IT Manager or IT Director of IT Operations

ABOUT YOU

  • 5 to 7 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an information systems or IT role
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in requirements gathering and business process mapping in PLM/Engineering function of a discrete or process manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, facilitation, problemsolving and consensusbuilding skills
  • Experience in both system administration and business administration of PDMLink
  • 2 years' experience developing customizations in PDMLink (9.1 or higher) using Java, SQL, PL/SQL, JSP, JavaScript, InfoEngine and PDMlink APIs.
  • Experience in PDMLink (9.1 or higher) Installation setup, Business/System Configuration, Rehosting, CAD Integration, Business reporting and Cluster Architecture required.
  • Extremely selfmotivated and has experience in working with manufacturing and engineering groups and related processes with the ability to lead analysis and remediation of technical problems of medium complexity.
  • Strong organizational skills and detailoriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced, energetic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate in both technical and nontechnical language with all levels of staff and management
