Descripción
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DHCP, DNS, Linux, and networking
- Perform regular system maintenance, including patching and upgrades
- Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement
- Work with other teams, including development and product management, to identify and resolve customer issues
- Provide training to customers on our products and services
- Maintain documentation of customer configurations, issues, and resolutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in managed services, technical support, or a related field
- Experience with DHCP, DNS, Linux, and networking
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Spanish and English
