IPC Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IPC Analyst to join our team at wsp-international. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a great company with wide brand recognition.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective delivery of Operative Management for Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Design and continuously improve IPC Processes to optimize performance.
• Analyze and measure IPC process performance and Operation teams.
• Develop and execute the vision for the evolution and automation of IPC, supported by Servicenow tool.
• Prioritize and track continuous improvement actions.

Key Deliverables:

• Create in-depth process performance reports.
• Support Company operations by ensuring alignment with ITIL processes.
• Coordinate definition of blackout and maintenance windows (monthly and annually).

Requirements:

• IT career or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ITIL Processes or ITIL certification desirable.
• Background in IPC process with Servicenow.
• Data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Project management and team leadership experience.
• Technical IT background desirable.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Incident, Problem, and Change processes.
