Education:
Bachelor degree on Electronic Engineer, Industrial or any bachelor degree related to electronics.

More than 2 years in same position or in electronic field.

Knowdledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Proactive team work and team leader.
Capable to work under pressure environment.
English 80%
Knowledge on continuous improvement techniques: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
Experience on Cost Reduction programs.
Related experience and knowledge on ISO9000.
Flexibility to work on different shifts.
Analysis of problems by defined methodologies and establishment of corrective actions
Knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, IPC 610 & Quality Standards

Skills:

Leadership, Personnel Management, Negotiation skills and deal directly with the customer, telephone conversations in English, service attitude, Availability, proactivity, management of suppliers.

Other skills:

Defines And specifies the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspection, testing and evaluation of the precision, accuracy and reliability of the products.
Recopila And systematically analyzes data to make decisions and establish improvement actions.
