You manage technical and scientific professionals in assigned area with responsibility for initiation and executions of programs. As part of this role you'll coordinate cross-functional teams and you regularly interact with RDQ and cross-functional senior management.


How you will contribute


With the goal to improve efficiency, you will use your continuous improvement skills to simplify and integrate Mondelēz specification management processes across the globe.

You will also maintain specifications that are appropriate and consistent with Mondelēz's global productivity/strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will support our business and innovation agenda and provide direction with a global perspective for the regions and categories involved in shared specifications creation and maintenance.

You will have oversight for packaging
- and product-related specification processes and will offer suggestions on how to improve processes by identifying and analyzing KPIs. As a champion for our global governance and data quality, you will support the global raw material centralized specification creation and maintenance processes, and support program design and implementation by providing linkages across business processes and ways of working in specification management.

Job Requirements (that will be assessed during the process):


  • Technical experience. Strong understanding of data management technologies, databases, data analysis and processing tools.

Additional Job Requirements:


  • Fluent/Business English.
  • Previous experiences as People Manager.
  • Strong knowledge in Data / Analytics / Business Intelligence plus a deep understanding of the Commercial structures, processes and metrics within a big sized business.
  • This role will not only provide data, but also valuable insights to help the Sales function to make better informed and more strategical decisions for the business.
