    Job Purpose:
    Manage the creation of value in the optimization of processes and resources of the organization through the implementation of continuous improvement tools, based on customer requirements and to strategic plans, in order to generate lean manufacturing culture to ensure business competitiveness


    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    Manage continuous improvement to develop the organization's competitiveness:
    • Direct the continuous improvement strategy to the organization's financial opportunity.
    • Coordinate and advise Jishuken events, Workshops, Quick Wins and Projects.
    • Track the impact of cost reduction projects.
    • Manage and implement the four operational capabilities (C1, C2, C3 and C4).
    • Systematic problem solving through employee training.
    • Promote the culture of Continuous Improvement in Plant.
    • Advise and facilitate the DOS (Dana Operating System / Continuous Improvement) in transactional areas.
    • Evaluate and generate strategies for the organization through the vision of the DOS (Dana Operating System / Continuous Improvement) Audit.
    • Disseminate, coordinate and facilitate the creation of high
    • performance teams through the DOS Improvement program.
    • Active participation in Staff, Operations, AOP and Strategy Boards.
