- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. Master's degree is a plus, but not mandatory.
- 5+ years of software development and/or design/architecture experience.
- 2+ years of Scrum Master responsibilities working in large scale agile development teams.
- Certified Scrum Master.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, as well as DevOps and CI/CD concepts and tools.
- Experience training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Experience with mobile LTE(4G)/5G technologies, especially core network, is a plus but not a requirement.
- Experience in microservices, cloud native applications, and/or cloud based services is a plus but not a requirement.
