ifm, a global leader in industrial automation, is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and develop the Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams , ensuring efficient, compliant, and high‑performance end‑to‑end operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams (9–11 team members).
• Ensure material availability, import compliance, and strong service‑level performance.
• Improve logistics KPIs and operational efficiency across the supply chain.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, cycle counts, and annual inventory accuracy.
• Ensure alignment with corporate standards and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English.
• Strong expertise in Logistics and Foreign Trade.
• Proven experience leading operational teams.
• Strategic, analytical, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Preferred: ERP/WMS experience, Incoterms, and logistics KPI management.
