About the role:
The

Administration Analyst is responsible for the execution of Wholesale Credit related services and products that are provided to the GMM Dealer Network. The role of the Analyst must give daily follow-up of the availability of credit lines and the collection of units in Floor Plan and interests.


Commercial Credit is in charge of contributing to the development and maintenance of the commercial relationship with the GMM Dealer Network, attending to their needs for financing, products, plans and administration services.


What you need:

  • Bachelor of Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar.
  • Fluent conversational English.
  • Motivation and ability to meet customer expectations and demands, both internal and external.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze information in a systematic way in order to identify causes and effects, develop feasible solutions and make good decisions based on good judgment and experience.
  • Ability to focus on performance; manifest energy, enthusiasm, resilience and be dynamic to provide results of your own and help others achieve theirs; close issues, meet expectations, and improve performance.
  • Ability to identify and plan measures to achieve the objectives and quality of service effectively; organize work effectively so that priorities are met; present resources effectively and efficiently and conduct systematic evaluations.
  • Oral, written and presentation communication skills.
  • General knowledge of the Office and Visio Pack.

What you will be doing:

  • Reporting of availability in the Credit Lines
  • Management of collection of units in inventories of Dealers
  • Management of interest collection Floor Plan
  • Followup to clarification of unidentified payments
  • Monitoring and followup of units in double financing
  • Assure response on time, products and services
  • Monitoring of inventory registration in the Single Registry of Guarantees
