    Danfoss is expanding its manufacturing footprint with facilities in Queretaro, Mexico. As part of the business development of hydraulic steering in the Americas, we are seeking a Design Engineer to build local engineering capabilities.

    About Danfoss Steering Business: Our steering business is a leading global supplier of hydraulic and electro-hydraulic steering products and solutions for applications within agriculture, construction, and material handling.

    Job Responsibilities

    The responsibilities of this position include:

    • Product verification in implementation projects
    • Product changes including tests and documentation
    • Support on customer inquiries
    • Support operations to ensure timely delivery and quality
    • Support customer claim handling with product knowledge
    • Advanced problem-solving in cross-functional teams
    • Leading cross-functional projects

    Ideal Candidate Skills

    The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a strong interest in mechanical design and fluid mechanics
    • Flair for mechanical designs and advanced CAD skills
    • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
    • Experience with technical solutions for complex issues
    • Fluent English language skills
