- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
- Review and file monthly financials
- Review budgets & process billings
- Work with collection agencies regarding delinquent accounts
- Create/prepare billing statements
- Process late fees/interest
- Input monthly reimbursable
- Enter new residents into the accounting system accurately
- Assist with annual tasks related to CPA reviews and tax preparations
- Respond to related inquiries from homeowners
