Responsibility:

• Support the establishment, execution, and oversight of a projects operations (ie budget, forecasting, margin, metrics,risk isssue management, billing/invoicing, purchase orders,MSA/ SOW/ SLA compliance, etc).
• Metrics and Reporting.
• Support the tracking/measurment and progress against established measures and metics (eg bid vs did, SLA, and any other operational or contractual measures).
• Program Governance.
• Support the establishment, execution,and oversight of a projects governance (ie stakeholder management, communication ceremonies, benefits management,change management, scope management, team work enviornment,onboaringin,etc).
• Estimation and Planning.
• Support the establishment,execution,and oversight of project delivery estimation and planning (team resouce and timeline) across Cognizant organization (pursuit through sprints/PIs).
