Roles:
Answer inbound and outbond calls and handle middle and backoffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
Active participation in team meetings.
Requirements:
- High School Completed (GED)
- Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.
- Customer service
- Advanced English / Excellent English (written and spoken level).
- Minimum experience of 6 months in Back Office / Customer Service / Call Center / Contact Center / or related.

CDMX.
Job Offer:
- Direct hiring
- Roled & fixed schedules: AM & PM
- Weekends off.
- Base salary: from $11,800 MXN to $13,000 MXN + $2,000 in bonus, Law Benefits
- Opportunity to grow though our Career Plan. (Administrative vacancies)
- Work Zone: On site in CDMX.
- Schedules: Morning and evening shifts.
Actividades de trabajo:
Contestar y generar llamadas entrantes para resolver las situaciones de nuestros clientes al escuchar activamente la situación que presentan.
Actividades de back office (Administrativas) de la operación.
Lograr de forma individual la meta de calidad y productividad para contribuir los indicadores del equipo de trabajo.
Generar un sólido y extensivo conocimiento de nuestros productos para proveer de forma correcta y rápidamente la información a nuestros clientes.
Requisitos:
- Bachillerato terminado o equivalente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para generar cortesía y profesionalismo todas las llamadas entrantes, solucionando correctamente la situación de nuestros clientes con una actitud positiva.
- Inglés Avanzado / Nativo. Escrito y Hablado.
- 6 meses de experiência mínimo en Servicio al cliente. Preferible en Call Center
Oferta de trabajo:
- Contratación directa
- Horarios disponibles: Matutino y Vespertino.
- Descanso fines de semana.
- Sueldo base de $11,800 y después de 3 meses $13,000 + Bonos en $2,000 por métricas + Prestaciones de ley + excelentes oportunidad de crecimiento con nuestro plan de carrera después de los 6 meses.
