The Quality Assurance Engineer will ensure that products across all platforms are released to production with an excellent level of quality.

Analyzing product features to build a testing plan. Building testing cases to identify software issues with haste & Identifying, isolating, and tracking errors in the systems.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and implement testing plans for products
Document and communicate test results
Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet enduser expectations
Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
Coordinate the testing of new development requests.
Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
Assist in walking users through UAT testing as needed.
Work independently with members of the IT team to define and document testing requirements.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in quality control preferred.
Keen attention to detail
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creative and innovative thinker
Diligent and meticulous
High regard for safety standards and quality control
Accustomed to achieving objectives in dynamic, highpressure organizations.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
Certifications: Field Service Lightning, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud.
Understand Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Best Practices and Governance.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problemsolving skills.
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, translate requirements from lowlevel information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
