    • Plan, implement, and successfully conclude teacher training projects and services for English language teaching, as well as the administration of language exams, correctly and in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate and supervise the staff (both company and subcontracted) executing these projects, ensuring compliance with defined academic and corporate guidelines.
    • Collaborate with various internal teams (including, sales, product owners, digital implementation, and support, among others) to complete implementations correctly and on time.
    • Train clients and subcontracted staff on the scope, features, and best practices of English language teaching services, as well as the administration of language exams, to simplify adoption and align usage and utilization expectations.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and procedures, to ensure successful delivery of English language teaching services and administration of language exams, and to foster customer retention.
    • Prepare clients for the usage and utilization of English language teaching services and language exam administration for language students. Enable and supervise the staff (both company and subcontracted) responsible for their execution to ensure correct and timely implementations.
    • Deliver English language teaching services and/or language exam administration, passionate about helping customers and excels in both oral and written communication in Spanish and English.
    • Quickly learn about new English teaching and testing services, as well as communicating those concepts to internal and external customers with varying degrees of technical expertise.
    • Contribute ideas and initiate tactical improvements in the overall implementation process.
