As an
Inside Sales Representative, you will be working with business owners within the hair & beauty industry.

Adding an immense amount of value to the company, you will be responsible for assisting businesses get set-up on Booksy, educating providers on Booksy's values, and closing accounts that have a business fit with Booksy.

You will not only be a product expert and knowledgeable on all things Booksy but accountable for managing and owning a pipeline of merchants.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain active engagement with merchants in order to successfully sell our app
  • Become an expert in Booksy's solutions, and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success
  • Consistently meet and exceed, weekly KPIs & metrics, as well as a monthly sales goal
  • Manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals

  • Exceed daily activity metrics to ensure a robust sales pipeline
  • Ensuring the commercial processes are followed throughout the sales pipeline

Requirements:


  • 13 years of phone sales experience; inside sales or account management
  • Experience selling for technology/ SaaS companies; working with small business clients a plus
  • Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • English and Spanish Fluency (read, write, speak)
  • Experience with utilizing a Salesforce to organize your sales process and manage your pipeline
  • Techstack: Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce
