    ¿Qué realizarás?

    Administra la información y documentación de clientes de Alto Riesgo que se en Venta Directa a través de los estándares de complimiento de acuerdo a los estándares de la compañía.

    Representa el Área de Venta Directa en temas de Compliance, mediante la administración y actualización de la documentación e información solicitada por Compliance para cumplir con los estándares del equipo de venta directa.

    Capacita de forma continua a los Ejecutivos de Ventas en temas de refuerzo y operación para cuidar las actualizaciones que correspondan.

    Capacita a personal de Nuevo Ingreso en Venta Directa Monterrey y México. En los temas que sean necesario ya sean nuevos o de actualización.

    Documenta y administra la información de los procesos y lineamientos operativos establecidos en las diferentes Campañas de Venta Directa con la finalidad de establecer claridad para el logro de las metas.

    Brinda soporte al área de Servicio en la implementación y desarrollo de nuevos proyectos, así como en la elaboración de reportes de forma mensual para su entrega a Dirección.

    ¿Qué necesitas?

    -Lic. en Administración de Empresas o afines

    -Microsoft Office Avanzado

    -1 año de experiencia en áreas administrativas.
