Descripción

Responsibilities:


  • Supports end to end facilities operations including design & construction project management, physical operations and maintenance of building /facilities
  • Responsible for supporting, executing, maintaining and/or reporting on the various global functions supporting Citi's corporate realty services (CRS)
  • Manages large volumes of data, required to review, validate and update the monthly operating review (MOR) data input and reports
  • Routinely updates dashboards for senior management
  • Adheres to existing process for data collection, management and reporting
  • Develops and recommends improvements for existing processes and reporting functions
  • Assists the team in the management and maintenance of standards, procedures and policy documents
  • Executes internal/external communication strategies with the ability to develop, write and edit stories, blog posts, tweets, and press releases related to sustainability
  • Liaises closely and communicate with effectively with appropriate CRS senior management, regional and global colleagues
  • Supports various functions and processes such as Energy Star Certifications, facility evaluations, incident reporting and tracking
  • Assists with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
  • Tracks program documentation and conducts followups to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Maintains information for department website/request timely updates from vendor as requested/communicates to global team on updates per preset schedule
  • Facilitates and serves as lead coordinator for various training sessions

Qualifications:


  • 58 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Selfmotivated and detail oriented
  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills
  • Experience a crosscultural team environment
  • Environment Lease related US GAAP knowledge (preferable not necessary)
  • Ability to plan, organize and schedule duties to meet processing deadlines
  • Detailoriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with sensitivity to senior management, time frames and regulatorydriven deliverables
  • Knowledge of real estate industry.

Education:


  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Escolaridad:
Arquitectura, ing. mecánica, ing. eléctrica


Conocimientos:
Mantenimiento, maquinaria de aire acondicionado, generadores, instalaciones eléctricas, BMS, extinción y detección de incendios, UPS


Funciones:
Determinación de que puede generar un riesgo y como lo pueden contralar (mantenimiento que es necesario a una máquina, y esto que no pueda generar riesgos adicionales o máquina que no opera en las condiciones)

Atención de usuarios por medio de los requerimientos que realizan

Vigilancia del perfomance del proveedor

Liderar procesos con proveedores para hacer evaluaciones estructurales en temas sísmicos y de incendios, identificar si hay riesgos en estos sistemas y levantar la mano para afrontarlo de manera oportuna
