Materials Operations Analyst

Materials Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Main purpose:


  • Provide raw material ordering and coordination support for PBC manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities:


  • Timely and accurate ordering of raw materials, concentrate, and sugars required for full goods production at SC Manufacturing Sites
  • Weekly Inventory Management
  • Proactive tracking for production materials with necessary alerts for anticipated service gaps
  • Material order changes as needed based on material gaps and planning/scheduling changes
  • Proactive communication with key stakeholders regarding any known anticipated delays
  • Inventory Analysis
  • Track KPIs and costs to anticipate and correct trends in materials goods that would compromise achievement of financial targets
  • Work with MRP Team on supplier changes
  • Regular attendance in all required production schedule meetings to discuss material needs
    Qualifications

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated planning and organization skills
  • Fluent in English 1 year experience of supply chain or operations experience, inventory, materials, order management
  • SAP/Material Planning system knowledge
  • This position is based in Mexico ́s City, Mexico.

INTERNAL CANDIDATES:


  • Having worked at least 18 months in your current function.
  • PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years.
  • Having not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months.
