International Accounts Receivable Analyst

What do you need to join our team?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in international accounts receivable
Solid knowledge in Administration and Finance, Intermediate Excel, Collection, ERP Management, Google Workspace Management
Intermediate proficiency in English is essential
Ability to communicate with international clients clearly and effectively
Work area: Azcapotzalco 5 Metro camarones

What would be your responsibilities?

Manage and coordinate the process of collecting international accounts receivable.
Review and reconcile accounts of international clients.
Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
Work with the sales team and finance department to resolve any issues related to international accounts receivable.
Collaborate with the credit and collection team to ensure proper management of accounts receivable.
Provide collection reports and followup on international accounts receivable.
Communicate with international clients to obtain payment information and resolve any billing issues.
Assist in the preparation of accounts receivable analysis reports and present the results to the finance team.
