What you'll do

Business Operations is crucial to kinedu - we focus on providing the insight and structure that help the company drive sustainable growth.

As a Finance & Strategy Specialist, you'll play a strategic role in planning and executing company objectives throughout the organization.

This role will cover a variety of topics, including supporting in financial analysis, bookkeeping and strategic planning.

Your responsibilities

Help with financial tasks such as: Monthend closing, Budgeting and Reporting
Generate documentation for investors, team and advisors
Analyze strategic decisions and proposals with a business mindset
Manage team routines, generate insights and recommend improvements to our business
Support with internal processes amongst crossfunctional teams
Help with the administration of Kinedu as a company
Identify areas for financial improvement and develop strategies to improve the company's profitability.
Assist the director of strategic projects in developing effective investment strategies that allow the company to grow and expand profitably.
Identify and manage financial risks associated with projects and the company as a whole.
Work closely with other departments in the company to ensure financial decisions are consistent with the company's overall objectives and strategies.
Reporting on time and with quality to General Management and Team Leaders (effective communication)
Develop and maintain an accurate and realistic budget for the company.
Evaluate the financial performance of projects and provide detailed reports to the director of strategic projects to help them make informed decisions.
