Requirements:_

Graduated in Law with a specialization in litigation and contracts.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil, administrative, commercial, labor, and criminal areas.

Skills:_

Intermediate to Advanced English. (B2)

Expertise in using office software packages.

Your missions include:_

Determine strategies and means of defense in the face of controversies in areas such as civil, administrative, commercial, labor, and criminal law.
Execute legal strategies, defending the interests of the Group, from the drafting of initial documents to the final and unappealable judgment.
Provide intelligent advice on assigned risks, avoiding potential controversies or litigation within the group.
Support in the administration, safeguarding, and control of contracts and litigation files.
Handle internal and external audits with professionalism and efficiency.
