Position Title:

Billing Support Analyst (Temporary 6 months)*Location: Providencia
SummaryThe Hershey Company is goin through an ERP transformation process that will bring some Customer Invoice Recognition gaps once we go live with SAP S4 for Salty Snacks in the US and Cánada.

The purpose of installing an interim invoice conciliation process/control is to analice every failed document and do the necessary corrections to prevent any Cash Flow risk due to inconsistencies of master data, price and commercial conditions and EDI structure.

Stabilization of this process is expected to take 3-6 months. During this interim and stabilization period of the project, the Billing Support Analyst will be responsible of tracking acceptance status of Salty invoices, performing root cause analisys of errors and driving the necessary actions for correction.
Knowledge

• Working knowledge of Order to Cash Processes in SAP.
• EDI mapping/process understanding.
• English communication proficiency.
• Proficient in Excel.

- Analytical/math and problem solving skills- Must be internally/externally customer focused- Detail oriented- Strong follow up skills
EducationBachelor degree in computer sciences, accounting, business or equivalent work related experience
Experience:SAP and Microsoft Access report development and order to cash experience
