    Our Internal Global Mobility team provides support for PwC's international assignment programmes. As part of our team, you'll help with all human resource related aspects of international assignments including tax, immigration, mobility consulting, and expatriate compensation and benefits.

    1-2 year(s) of relevant experience

    Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

    Demonstrates thorough-level of ability and proven record of success supporting operational lifecycles (US immigration experience is a plus but not required), preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including the following areas:

  • Resolving and escalating issues from the business, employees, and/or immigration attorneys providing quality feedback through issue resolution;
  • Managing and responding to email and tickets from employees, recruiters and Talent Consultants within agreed upon SLAs, utilizing resources (team members, knowledge documents, etc) and exhibiting judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Preparing reports and analyses for the immigration program utilizing large and complex data files, including maintenance of automations and dashboards;
  • Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently, to and/or with stakeholders and internal employees and management, including leveraging relevant technology, such as Workday, Microsoft, Google and other firm sponsored web-based technologies.
  • Participating and collaborating with the team on special projects, as needed
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.
