    How You'll Make an Impact

    • Planning of global R&D projects, coordinating activities with counter parts.
    • Evaluate the technical specifications of customers and current standards to define the dry-type distribution transformer design.
    • Lead the activities of the product development engineering team based on market demands.
    • Technical support to the sales, PLM and market development team.
    • Lead activities for portfolio development and productivity measures.
    • Proactively support the business team by analyzing problems and promoting solutions.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics and related engineering.
    • Solid experience with electrical and mechanical design of dry-type distribution transformers.
    • Solid experience with manufacturing process for distribution transformers.
    • Exchange with factories abroad, supporting global R&D activities and localization topics.
    • Team leadership to manage product engineering team tasks.
    • Proactivity and ability to interface between product engineering and partner departments: production, planning, purchasing, etc.
    • Experience with customer relations, meetings, and technical presentations.
