What you will do:
Work closely with the CEO on a business growth strategy and monitor processes to foster a collaborative environment ensuring profitability and growth.
Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, development, people, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of goals.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
Make data-driven and logic-based decisions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
