Job responsibilities and functions
- Create learning plans for new hires with the understanding of adult learning principles, learning styles and the company needs
- Measure the effectiveness of training and communicate areas of opportunity in all training related activities
- Participate in training analysis, projects and initiatives to further develop company employees
- Facilitate training to new hires while identifying and working on areas of opportunity, risks, and future potential in order to support the operation
- Create and update training content and reference materials with an emphasis on elearning and virtual classrooms
- Develop testing and certification programs to evaluate comprehension and manage skillsbased client inquiries and increase patient scheduling.
- Provide team motivation and development to maximize sales opportunities.
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and a personal excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of relevant training experience.
- Advance English level (Written & Spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Teaching strategies and development skills of teaching material
- A problemsolving orientation, flexibility, and positive attitude.
- Incredible level of organization, structure, reliability, and independence.
- Clear, direct, and accessible verbal communication; strong listening and feedback delivery skills.
- Excellent training skills.
- Experience in call center training.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Excellent judgement, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
