    Your New Role

    As an Employer Branding Visual Production Specialist, you will support the creative and video production for employer branding campaigns and initiatives. You are driven by creative curiosity, a passion for connecting with audiences, and a critical eye for detail. Your expertise spans visual messaging, video editing, and complementing copy with thoughtful design.

    Your Role Accountabilities
    • Helps WBD stand out as an employer of choice by designing static and motion graphic content for recruitment marketing campaigns and initiatives featured on multiple platforms, including social media, email, our career site and job boards.
    • Builds on the WBD corporate brand ecosystem to develop innovative , effective, and creative designs that infuse our EVP and Guiding Principles while adhering to brand guidelines .
    • Collaborates cross-functionally with Employer Branding team members and other TA stakeholders to synthesize broadly scoped campaign needs into easily understandable deliverables, while being able to clearly articulate the thought process behind your design concepts.
    • Partners closely with WBD's corporate brand team and creative peers to build trust and develop a comprehensive understanding of the brand.
    • Repurposes long-form content into social creative assets.
    • Stays up-to-date on current employer branding design trends so our visual identity continues evolving to reflect the market.
    Qualifications & Experience
    • Graphic design experience in an agency setting or in-house setting preferred.
    • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
    • Portfolio demonstrating your conceptual work and ability to execute. Examples working with large corporate brands preferred.
    • Videography and/or video editing experience desirable.
    • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, ensuring on-time delivery while remaining composed, thorough and detail-oriented.
    • Capable of being both highly independent and collaborative. While you will be the sole designer on this team, you will have the opportunity to partner with the WBD corporate brand's team of designers and mentors.
    • Strong communicator, able to clearly express creative concepts with partners and clients.
    • Ability to be agile and pivot at short notice.
    • Proactive, able to spot future trends and position WBD to capitalize on them.
    • Passionate, resourceful, solution-oriented, creative and able to think and learn quickly.
    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent relevant professional experience.
