Be part of a team that is transforming into a bionic company We are in the early stages of building Enterprise Data and Analytics platform that will ensure the uniformity, accuracy and accountability of enterprise-wide data and analytics capability for all the data domains.

The Data Engineer will work as part of an Agile squad composed of internal and external data architects, developers, data engineers, functional business partners, data stewards, software vendors and other service providers. The candidate will closely interact with colleagues in various Functional Groups, Data Tribe, external solution providing vendor to provide high quality data and analytics capabilities that respond to and meet the business needs of our organization.

The Data Engineer will create Data Pipelines for on-cloud databases to enable our next generation of Data and Analytics capabilities through our Data and Analytics platforms.

This role reports to the Chapter lead and will manage the existing and new data pipelines of data related capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science or related field preferred

5+ years of IT experience with major focus on data related projects

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Expertise in Oracle or MS SQLServer or snowflake database etc

Experience working projects using Agile methodologies

Hands on experience in data storage, ETL and data analytics tools and technologies e.g. DBT, Attunity/Qlik, Fivetran, APIs, Talend, Alteryx etc.

Experience with Data Warehouse and BI systems; extensive experience for collecting business requirements from customers, and transform the requirements into data capabilities

Experience working on AWS, Azure, or Google cloud infrastructure
