Job Description:

This position can be based in any Country in LATAM #LI-Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build high quality content and maintain userfriendly and engaging web pages
  • Collaborate crossdepartmentally to ensure that quality, relevancy, strategic value and brand consistency standards are met
  • Understand customer content needs and the web site development process, to facilitate the most optimal design and functionality that achieves business goals
  • Research keywords, understand SEO best practices and provide guidance to content planners, developers
  • Seek opportunities to crosspromote content to increase search engine ranking and accelerate customer journeys
  • Collaborate with manager on establishing digital marketing best practices and processes
  • Support the creation of personalized content journeys and alwayson nurturing programs
  • Support our ABM strategy by developing or sourcing content for crosssell/upsell initiatives
  • Regularly work with our regional marketing teams to share content strategies, tactics
  • Work with our Analytics team provide timely reporting and derive shareable insights to continuously improve visitor engagement
  • Provide training and onboarding to global and regional team members where appropriate
  • Generate documentation and best practices
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and education

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, web design, SEO, content marketing
  • Familiarity with web Content Management Systems (CMS) ideally Adobe Experience Manager
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in supporting a global organization
  • Personalized content program knowledge and experience advantageous
  • HTML & CSS training and experience
