About the Role

We are seeking a top candidate to fill the position of SQL Data Analyst with a flexible work arrangement. As an expert in data analytics, you will have the opportunity to build cutting-edge data models and dashboards that power labs worldwide.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and asynchronously on a remote team, with minimal management oversight. You will be responsible for leading and executing the development of various data models, databases, and data analytics dashboards using our current technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Develop high-performance and efficient SQL queries and data models in Metabase.
• Design and implement data analytics dashboards to meet the needs of our clients' customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data models and dashboards.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all datasets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
• Work closely with the product team to develop new features and enhancements.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in data analytics, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
• Proficiency in AWS, cloud computing, and Metabase.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a data analyst/data scientist using SQL.
