Provide HR support while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HRservices. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development andtalent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to aligncritical human resources principles with business objectives.

KeyResponsibilities

• Drive organizational effectiveness

• Build relationships and broker services
• Act as a coach to different levels of managers.
• Administrative support
• Lead training and development

YOUMUST HAVE

• Bachelor Degree, Administrative, Human Resources Engineering. or related
• Advanced English proficiency at all levels
• 5 to 7 years of experience on HR generalist ,change management, or manufacturing HR.
• Data management, intermediate to advanced Excel management
• HR software management, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, TRESS or related.
