Human Resources Coordinator.


Reports to:
General Manager.


PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE:
minimum 5 years of HR performance


EDUCATION:
completed bachelor's degree


FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Person in charge of personnel selection processes.

Incorporate talent into the company and fill vacancies.

Develop talent acquisition strategies and discover potential employees.

Advanced knowledge in social media.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:


  • Complete knowledge of the operation of your position.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of HR.
  • Negotiation knowledge.
  • Bilingual. Level B2 of English and Spanish.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to correctly identify problems and determine the most effective solutions.


TECHNICAL SKILLS:


  • Computer.
  • Intermediate math.
  • Reports.
  • Social Media.

Salary:
$7, $15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • 77500, Cancún, QRoo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
