    Below is an overview of the position:

    The Chat Support Agent is responsible for monitoring and responding to inbound lead messages and calls according to established procedures. This role combines human expertise with AI efficiency to ensure leads complete desired actions and inquiries are fielded properly.

     
    This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service through professional, engaging, and friendly assistance. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, navigate multiple software programs, and troubleshoot issues independently with minimal supervision.

     
    Key responsibilities include:

    • Promptly respond to leads and assist in booking appointments across various industries
    • Answer inbound phone calls and follow established procedures
    • Provide personalized customer service through engaging and friendly assistance
    • Deliver consistent support to ensure every customer receives necessary help
    • Follow established processes and contribute to workflow improvements as needed
    • Assist in optimizing chatbots to understand customer intent
    • Review, investigate, and resolve inquiries regarding appointment scheduling

     
    The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent experience
    • Experience with online systems and live chat is preferred
    • Able to multitask and successfully navigate multiple software programs while communicating effectively with customers
    • Advanced level of English, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while adhering to job and customer expectations
